After directing gritty urban action movies such
as End of Watch and this year's Sabotage ,
director David Ayer explores the harsh
landscape of World War II Nazi Germany in a
new featurette for Fury .
The plot takes place in April 1945, just before
the end of World War II, following a five-man
Sherman tank crew who find themselves on a
mission behind enemy lines. The filmmaker
introduces fans to the five main characters, Don
"Wardaddy" Collier ( Brad Pitt ), Boyd "Bible"
Swan ( Shia LaBeouf), Grady "Coon-Ass" Travis
( Jon Bernthal ), Trini "Gordo" Garcia ( Michael
Peña ) and the newest member of their team,
Norman Ellison ( Logan Lerman), describing
what makes each of them unique. Go behind-
the-scenes with the cast and crew before Fury
hits theaters on October 17.

Fury: Brothers Under the Gun Featurette
Fury is set at the very end of World War II, in
April 1945. As the Allies make their final push in
the European Theater, a battle-hardened army
sergeant named Wardaddy ( Brad Pitt )
commands a Sherman tank and her five-man
crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines.
Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his
men face overwhelming odds in their heroic
attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.
